Everyone was very efficient and personable. I had an unrelated question for the doctor, but he seemed in a hurry and didn’t answer it. The office was full and he had other patients. That was uncomfortable.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. The team at GI Associates works seemlessly together. Especially impressive is the meeting with the doctor who performed the procedure, right after the patient is awake and feels clear headed. This provides a level of comfort knowing that, hopefully, everything looks good, without the stress of having to wait weeks for the results.

The wait was unnecessarily extensive. Our appointment was for 10:15 am. We arrived at 9:30 am and it took only 5 minutes to update the paperwork. We were not taken into a room until close to 11:15 am. The procedure was quick and the doctor was finished in under 10 minutes. Staff was pleasant. The wait was unbearable as the patient had not been able to eat anything since the 5:30 pm feeding from the previous day and had to wait for the transport to return her to her home before she was able to be given her tube feeding.

The staff is unbelievably courteous and professional. I wouldn’t go elsewhere for my colonoscopy procedure. Dr. May is exceptional. He is truly a tremendous asset to your clinic.

My experience unbelievable this has never happened to me before Dr. Goodwin and Dr. what season is smart, intelligent doctor to having the problem situation that I was in immediately he took charge I will give him a five star and more for a good job
