Dr. Olstein is a very caring and wonderful doctor . He got back to me as soon as possible when I called him and left message concerning my health!

Dr. Banner was easy to talk to, so initially I felt calmer, until another IBS episode returned and I am left wondering how to deal with it. I was thinking of calling the office to ask if an email recounting the points that Dr. Banner mentioned, could be sent to me. I tend to do this with my PCP's head nurse, who is great about consulting with my PCP, Dr. Rosen and then emailing me a response because I recognize that I do best if I can refer to the written word. So, if I could get an emailed response on Monday, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
