I originally had an appointment with Dr Olstein, who I had seen before. He’s a good Doctor, great bedside manner. However, Dr Olstein was out sick so I was paired with Dr May, who was great. He was nice, professional, funny and make me feel comfortable. The entire experience was good, from the waiting room , to the procedure and afterwards. I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr Lo and Dr Molinas are patient, educated and very committed to their patients. The front desk staff is great but sometimes can be rude. Had bad communication with Carmen. I recommended people there and she is not friendly at all.
The front staff is the face of the office and I feel that is very important handling the
patients

The nurse, anesthesiologist and of course Dr Lo were amazing. Person I dealt with at front desk not so much. Had to sit for Dr Lo a little bit longer then expected so I asked her to have him call me and I left with my son who had to get back to work. The woman called back and then hung up. When she called back and spoke to my son he explained why we left and also hung up. Did not appreciate her attitude. Otherwise I was treated exceptionally as always!
