Stephen Goodman, MD

Dr. Goodman received his B.A. from the State University of New York at Binghamton and elected to Phi Beta Kappa in 1988 and in 1992 received his medical degree from the New York University School of Medicine. Dr. Goodman continued his training at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, completing his internship and residency in 1995, a Fellowship in Clinical Nutrition in 1996 and a Fellowship in Clinical Gastroenterology in 1998. Dr. Goodman is a Board Certified Dipolmate in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.

Dr. Goodman joined Gastrointestinal Associates in 1998. He is an attending physician at Good Samaritan Hospital, Suffern, NY and Nyack Hospital, Nyack, NY.  Dr. Goodman is Director of the Esophageal Center at Good Samaritan Hospital.  He is a member of the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endsoscopy.
