Kenneth M. Banner, MD

Dr. Banner is board-certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine. He graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in biology from Yeshiva University, where he was named a Belkin Scholar. After being awarded his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Dr. Banner completed his internship in internal medicine at the Long-Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park followed by his residency at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx. He subsequently pursued specialty training in gastroenterology at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. During his fellowship he completed additional training in liver disease at Mount Sinai Medical Center.

Dr. Banner, joined Gastrointestinal Associates of Rockland in 2016. He is an attending physician at Good Samaritan Hospital and at Nyack Hospital. He also holds privileges at Lenox Hill Hospital and NYU Langone Medical Center in Manhattan. Dr. Banner is a member of the American Gastroenterological Association, The American College of Gastroenterology and the New York Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
